Returns and Exchange
We want you to enjoy every product you get from us, but we understand that sometimes, you might have to return a product because it doesn’t quite fit. We’re happy to take it back and exchange it within 7 days if it meets the following criteria:
- It is in good and sellable condition
- It still has all the tags and is in its original packaging (shoes must be returned in the original box of purchase)
- It is not stained, not worn and not damaged (Scuffed, dirty shoes or cereal-stained clothes are a No-No ☹)
- We’re unable to exchange discounted items (All sales items are on a final-sale basis)
- In line with global returns standards, white and cream coloured items and undergarments/intimate wear are not eligible for returns.
- It is within seven (7) days from the day you received your package (I know we said this already).
How to return an item:
To initiate a return or exchange, kindly complete the following steps:
- Get your order ID ready and call our customer experience executive on +23******* or email ********
- Ensure that there is no noise in your environment when you make the call so as to have good communication
